By registering you agree to the following requirements for staff participating in the training and onboarding program.
Training Agenda:
Your staff will receive an introduction to sleep apnea and CPAP therapy, covering the following topics:
- Understanding sleep apnea
- Overview of their role as a CPAP Educator
- Understanding CPAP therapy: what it is and how it works
- Understanding masks and humidification
- Enhancing customer experience and building relationships
- CPAP sales: including Autoset vs. Fixed Pressure
- Outline of a CPAP setup
- Introduction to Pharmacy Sleep Platform
- Understanding the Sunrise Sleep test and process
Conditions
1. Staff Requirements
All participating staff members are expected to bring any necessary materials, documents, or devices required for the training sessions as communicated by the Provider in advance. Compliance with scheduled training sessions and punctuality is mandatory.
2. Dress Code For In Person Events
Staff members are expected to dress in Business casual attire unless otherwise communicated otherwise for certain practical training activities.
3. Conduct
All staff members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during the training sessions.
4. Compliance with Guidelines
All staff members are required to adhere to the guidelines and instructions provided by the training facilitators for a productive learning experience.
5. Email
SleepAp Academy will provide email instructions and templates as per agreed distribution.

6. Workbooks
Workbooks will be provided in PDF fillable versions or for printing as per staff preference. These are protected by copyright laws and cannot be shared, copied or used for personal clinic use unless specified by SleepAp Academy.
Attendees should bring
- Notebook or Notepad: For taking notes during the training sessions.
- Chargers: For electronic devices to ensure they remain powered throughout the session.
- Access to the workbook. Any pre-distributed documents, worksheets, or reading materials
- This is fillable. The attendee may opt to print and fill manually.
- Pens, Pencils, Highlighters: Writing utensils for note taking and highlighting key points.
- Water Bottle: Staying hydrated during the sessions is essential.
- Meal breaks will be provided reliant on time frame of training.
- Comfortable Attire: Business casual is fine. (no baseball caps, torn shirts)
